As part of her ground-breaking work directing the Knoll Planning Unit, Florence Knoll designed what she called "fill-in pieces", like the 1961 credenza series -- all now referred to as modern art furniture classics.

These units are built to last a lifetime, showcasing a base of fully welded stainless steel tubing with adjustable glides. The elegant body has ash wood veneer sides and matching back panel with drawer and door fronts in the same wood veneer. All have polished aluminum pulls with soft-glide extension slides and top flush mounted storage doors with magnetic closures. Even the drawers and storage feature matching veneer inside. The spectacular minimalism of this series will allow its use in nearly any decor.
