The Knú Desk #2 is a compact, well conceived "green" workstation with perfectly-sized storage cubbies, one for #10 envelopes, one with a wire management grommet inside to store your laptop (up to 17”), and two more that can easily hold file folders, paper or CD’s. On top is a shelf large enough for a phone, large monitor and a printer! Knú Desk #2 is built using FSC certified Baltic birch whenever possible, and is available in six different eco-friendly veneer choices. In addition, we use only a HAPS-compliant low-VOC catalyzed varnish on all our products. The legs are custom made using tubular steel that contains approximately 40% post consumer waste recycled material, and are then powder-coated with an aluminum finish. Each leg has a nickel plated leveler Also comes with a handy pencil drawer made from black recyclable injection molded plastic that glides effortlessly on steel ball bearing drawer slides.
